365 Project: Week 9

Posted by Natalie in photography

9 weeks down, 43 weeks to go!

As I mentioned last week, I planned to mix it up with another themed week for week 9. It was all black & white, which was really fun. Some I shot b&w in camera, others I converted afterwards.

I feel like this week has a good mix – there’s some London life scenes, more patterns and I had the chance to photograph a friend’s new baby over the weekend, which was something completely different for me.

Day 62/365: Little hands

On Sunday we visited friends and met their little girl for the first time. I spent some time taking photos of her and practicing my baby portraiture, which was so much fun.

Happiest with day 62, because I was trying something new and she’s just so gorgeous :)

In 2013 I’m embarking on a 365 project adventure to improve my photography and document this awesome year, which means committing to take one photo a day, every day. You can start at any time of the year if you want to join in too.

You can see all my 365 photos so far, organised by week, here.
